Tim began his 27-year career in financial markets on the Stock Exchange floor in 1986. He was one of the founding members of Peel Hunt in 1989 and went on to become CEO in 2004. In 2006, he left Peel Hunt and created Singer Capital Markets which then merged with N+1 Brewin. Tim’s driving ambition is for N+1 Singer to be at the forefront of UK plc, providing equity for the growth of the small and mid-cap sector. Tim went to Wellington College and is married with three daughters. A sports enthusiast in general, he’s particularly keen on cricket, golf, cycling and especially rackets, and is Chairman of The Queens Club.
Matthew Peacock is the founding partner of Hanover Investors. In his early career he ran International M&A in London for Barclays BZW, following work in NY and London for CSFB. Over the 1990s he led a series of successful private turnarounds as a lead shareholder and CEO. In 2002 he founded Hanover Investors. Since then he has led the turnarounds and boards of numerous PLCs including 4imprint, Fairpoint, Elementis & Regenersis. He has deep industry experience across the outsourced services, industrial and financial sectors. He holds an LLM in Law from Cambridge University and was one of the founding Trustees of Charity Technology Trust.
Krynauw Krüger is a qualified chartered accountant (Andersen and KPMG) and has been active in Corporate Finance and Private Equity for the past 10 years. He co-founded Cresco Capital in 2009 and has been involved with CoInvestor since inception. Krynauw has served on the boards of several companies and brings with him wide ranging sector experience including clean energy, logistics, fintech, manufacturing, food and beverage and property.
Charles has extensive experience in growth company operations and funding. Prior to founding CoInvestor he was a founder Director of Cresco Capital, a corporate finance firm which provides advice to its corporate clients predominantly in relation to strategy and fund raising. Charles is also an advisory Board member for Seraphim Capital, a venture capital fund, and has previously been a Director of a listed venture debt fund.
Sam is an ex-fund manager and corporate financier with extensive experience advising, investing in and starting growth companies, Plumptre has previously worked as a fund manager at Livingbridge, investing for the Baronsmead VCTs and Wood Street Microcap Fund, and in investment banking for Société Générale and Evolution Securities. (bought by Investec). He is ACMA qualified and holds an MBA from London Business School.
