    Tim Cockroft

    Tim began his 27-year career in financial markets on the Stock Exchange floor in 1986. He was one of the founding members of Peel Hunt in 1989 and went on to become CEO in 2004. In 2006, he left Peel Hunt and created Singer Capital Markets which then merged with N+1 Brewin. Tim’s driving ambition is for N+1 Singer to be at the forefront of UK plc, providing equity for the growth of the small and mid-cap sector. Tim went to Wellington College and is married with three daughters. A sports enthusiast in general, he’s particularly keen on cricket, golf, cycling and especially rackets, and is Chairman of The Queens Club.

    Mathew Peacock

    Matthew Peacock is the founding partner of Hanover Investors. In his early career he ran International M&A in London for Barclays BZW, following work in NY and London for CSFB. Over the 1990s he led a series of successful private turnarounds as a lead shareholder and CEO. In 2002 he founded Hanover Investors. Since then he has led the turnarounds and boards of numerous PLCs including 4imprint, Fairpoint, Elementis & Regenersis. He has deep industry experience across the outsourced services, industrial and financial sectors. He holds an LLM in Law from Cambridge University and was one of the founding Trustees of Charity Technology Trust.

    Dr. Jocelyn Dehnert

    Dr. Jocelyn Dehnert is Managing Partner of Lamarck and has over 15 years' experience in mentoring CEOs and directors to build out boardroom and senior leadership teams to meet their strategic challenges. Prior to this, Jocelyn was the Regional Market Leader, Board Services EMEA for Korn Ferry International and spent 10 years at Heidrick and Struggles where she was Vice Chairman of the firm and a member of the Office of the Chairman and Global Operating Committee. Jocelyn is also a Senior Adviser to Hanover Investors Management, a Director of Talent at Hanover Operating Management, and a non-executive director of Santander Asset Management.

    Charles Owen

    Charles has extensive experience in growth company operations and funding. Prior to founding CoInvestor he was a founder Director of Cresco Capital, a corporate finance firm which provides advice to its corporate clients predominantly in relation to strategy and fund raising. Charles is also an advisory Board member for Seraphim Capital, a venture capital fund, and has previously been a Director of a listed venture debt fund.

    Chris Sandfield

    Chris Sandfield has a strong track record of transformative company growth in the financial services sector and was previously a Partner at ClearMacro, a WealthTech firm delivering investment solutions for the buy side. Prior to ClearMacro, Chris was Founding Partner of a successful financial services company MRB Partners, before which he built the commercial and sales operations of BCA Research from $2.5m revenue to $45m over seven years. Chris brings 25 years of experience in identifying market opportunity, creating a strong commercial focus and leading businesses successfully through rapid expansion in the financial services sector.
